Döbrösi Laurát színésznőként ismerhetjük, de 3 éve arcjógát is tanít. Ezen a kezdőknek is ajánlott workshopon az arc kontúrjainak kiemelése lesz a cél. Az arc méregtelenítésével, a keringés serkentésével kezdjük, majd megkeressük a legfontosabb akupresszúrás pontokat, melyeknek ismerete megváltoztat mindent, amit az arcunkról hittünk. Lesznek formázó pózok is, melyekkel a gravitáció hatása ellen dolgozunk és tónusba hozzuk az arc izomzatát.
Eszközszükséglet, amit hozzanak magukkal: 1 db arc méretű tükör és 1 db evőpálcika.
Időtartam: kb. 2,5 óra
